Comic-Con Episode IV: A Fan’s Hope Kevin Smith: If I could go back in time and like tell the 11 year old me that not only do you get to go to Comic Con, you go to Comic Con every year.  So much so that you get greeted by Stan Lee when you show up.  And 11 year old me would be like - How did we get so fat? If you’re a fanatic of some kind, might as well pass the time and check Morgan Spurlock’s documentary out. If your significant other is a fanatic of some kind and you aren’t, it’s a pretty enjoyable compromise on movie night. In the end, though, the film barely surpasses the rank of a little more than a in depth promotional piece.
